President Bush faalt op alle fronten. Daar zijn Amerikanen langzamerhand ook achter, zo blijkt uit de laatste peiling. Zij menen in grote getale dat zijn buitenlandse beleid niet werkt. Ook denken ze dat de toestand niet zal verbeteren tijdens zijn bestuur. Van de Amerikanen denkt 79 pct dat de wereld voor de VS gevaarlijker is geworden en 64 pct dat de buitenwereld negatief over de VS denkt.

And clearly this is just an opportunity for Bush to prove he’s relevant by making more disastrous decisions that go against the will of the people. Thanks Bush!

George Bush took the unprecedented good will of the rest of the world that followed 9/11 and turned it into this.
After 9/11 the world was more willing to work with us in eliminating terrorist groups worldwide than ever before. It was a unique moment where we had an opportunity to make greater in-roads than ever before against the thread of terrorism.
Instead, we thumbed our nose at the world and we invaded Iraq. Where there was no significant terrorist presence. And then we bungled the occupation.
I don’t see how any sane, logical, honest person who looks at the world and world events with clear eyes, untainted by partisanship and idiology, can continue to support this administration and their actions.

You seem to think you know. On any & every topic you think you know all there is to know and everyone else is wrong. Similarly, on any & every issue you think GWB is right & the Dems are wrong. At some point even you have to realize that you’re not really thinking at all, you’re just answering from the right regardless. That just makes you stupid.
