A nude photo emerged hours after Sarah Palin, once a teenage beauty queen in her home state of Alaska, was named as Republican John McCain’s running-mate.
The photo can be seen here. According to the McCain camp it is a fake.
And that is possible because it’s easy to make fakes.

DID SARAH PALIN LIE ABOUT LAST CHILD: IS IT HERS OR HER DAUGHTERS?

According to a story in Daily Kos the child Sarah Palin said to have given birth to was not hers, but the child of her 16 year old daughter. So it is her grandchild.
Also read this story in a Texas newspaper in april, so this article about the now four month old child was written long before Sarah Palin was nominated.
This story is much more serious. There’s a lot of evidence to support the story that the child is her grandchild. That would mean that the future vice-president hopeful of the United States is a liar.

According to the writer of the story Bristol Palin (right) is pregnant in this picture and not Sarah Palin her mother. When she was pregnant Bristol Palin left school for five to eight months.
In fact Sarah Palin was giving a speech when she was supposed to be in labor.

When someone is nominated to be vice president of the US, that someone is a heartbeat away from being president, especially since John McCain is 72.
I would say you agree with me, that it becomes quite important for people to know who that person is.
Outside of America 99,99 pct of the people have never heard of Sarah Palin. Inside America 70+ pct never heard of her.
What people do nowadays is this, they go to google and fill in: Sarah Palin.
This are not people who wanna smear. This are not vicious babykillers. In fact they might not even be liberals!
This are just people who wanna know who is going to represent America and the free world in the world.
And than they find some articles written long before she was nominated about a really strange period in her life. Than that event should be discussed in a frank an open way.

Afgezien van de fascinerende natuurkundige aspecten leek het me allemaal erg angstaanjagend, en weinig vreugdevol.
Maar mijn broer had het overleefd, en twee kogels meegekregen als vredessouvenir. Hij klonk ontspannen. Hij weet niet dat ik hem voortaan niet alleen zal verbieden om naar oorlogsgebieden af te reizen, maar ook naar elk gebied waar vrede gesloten dreigt te worden.”

Kan een kogel die recht omhoog wordt geschoten bij terugkeer op aarde dodelijk zijn?

Daar is onderzoek naar gedaan. Bijvoorbeeld door de mythbusters Jamie en Adam.
Dat onderzoek bestond uit diverse delen.
1. Adam schoot een kogel in een gel en mat hoe ver de kogel er inging. Vervolgens vergeleek hij de weerstand van gel met die van lucht (650x dichter). Te ingewikkeld, werkte niet.
2. Jamie liet een kogel vallen in een opwaartse luchtunnel en de eindsnelheid van deze vallende kogel werd gemeten als de snelheid van de lucht die de val van de kogel doet stoppen. Honderd mijl per uur is de eindsnelheid van een vallende kogel.
3. Adam wilde kogels met deze eindsnelheid op een proefpersoon afschieten. Jamie stelde Adam’s schoonmoeder voor, maar ze werden het eens over een varkenskop. Daar ketsten de kogels vanaf. Dus niet dodelijk.
5. Echter, het probleem is dat kogels zelden recht in de lucht worden afgeschoten. Wat dan? Dus gingen ze naar de Mojave woestijn en schoten daar kogels de lucht in. Probleem: ze vonden de kogels niet meer terug.
6. Daarom gingen ze tot slot in een luchtballon omhoog en lieten ze vandaar kogels vallen.

En dan ontstaat er een probleem.
Volgens mythbusters maakten de kogels een gat van twee inch. Dat is bijna zes centimeter. Toch is hun conclusie: niet dodelijk??
Hier klopt iets niet.
Gelukkig is er een ander onderzoek van het Amerikaanse leger waaruit blijkt dat een kogel die valt op zacht hout, een gat maakt van 1/16 inch, dus anderhalve millimeter. Hun conclusie: niet dodelijk, maar kan een lelijke wond maken.
En hoe minder recht omhoog, hoe harder hij aankomt.
Conclusie: Wat de broer van Aaf zegt is waar.

QUESTION: HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF SARAH PALIN?

Laatst kwam ik een stuk tegen dat ging over Amerika als politiestaat. Ik heb het even bekeken maar snel weggeflikkerd: overdreven. Kankeren op Amerika mag maar het moet niet te gek worden.
Maar lees nu dit stuk van Glenn Greenwald over wat er plaatsvindt in de aanloop van de Republikeinse conventie in Minneapolis. Beangstigend mogen we wel zeggen.
Gisteren vonden er in de stad een tiental politionele acties plaats met als doelwit jongeren, overwegend studenten, die van plan zijn vreedzaam - Food not Bombs’ - te demonstreren tijdens de ‘GrandOldParty’ conventie waar John McCain zal worden benoemd tot presidentskandidaat. Bij deze raids vielen dertig gemaskerde politieagenten studentenhuizen binnen met getrokken semiautomatische wapens, herhaal semiautomatische wapens, waarbij de aanwezigen handboeien aankregen. De kamers werden overhoop gehaald, computers, laptops, agenda’s en politieke pamfletten werden in beslag genomen. De potentiele misdadigers werden gefotografeerd en sommige gearresteerd.
En eigenlijk is dit niet eens zo verbazend. Dit Amerika is er geheel op ingesteld om anderdenkenden waar ook ter wereld met intimidatie en geweld tot de orde te roepen. Dus waarom niet in eigen land!

Protesters here in Minneapolis have been targeted by a series of highly intimidating, sweeping police raids across the city, involving teams of 25-30 officers in riot gear, with semi-automatic weapons drawn, entering homes of those suspected of planning protests, handcuffing and forcing them to lay on the floor, while law enforcement officers searched the homes, seizing computers, journals, and political pamphlets. Last night, members of the St. Paul police department and the Ramsey County sheriff’s department handcuffed, photographed and detained dozens of people meeting at a public venue to plan a demonstration, charging them with no crime other than “fire code violations,” and early this morning, the Sheriff’s department sent teams of officers into at least four Minneapolis area homes where suspected protesters were staying.

En wel Bayer AG, de Duitse gigant die groot is geworden met asperine, maar ook de eerste producent van heroine en in de dertiger jaren de ontdekker van mosterdgas en het zenuwgas tabun (geliefd bij Saddam Hoessein). Bayer is ook de producent van het insecticide clothianidin. Dit zenuwgas zou verantwoordelijk zijn voor het afsterven van de bijen. Deze maand zijn processen begonnen in de VS en Duitsland tegen het gebruik van dit insecticide.

Besides being responsible for introducing the world to that bane of humanity, heroin, Bayer also invented two chemical weapons, the blistering agent mustard gas and the nerve agent tabun. It is odd that Bayer’s neonicotinoids are actually nerve agents, just like tabun.
People in Iran are very familiar with tabun since Saddam Hussein used it against Iranians during the 1980-1988 war.

Dat begint lekker voor de Republikeinse kandidaat voor het vice-presidentschap.
Sarah Palin, de gouverneur van Alaska, wordt juridisch onderzocht vanwege beschuldigingen van machtsmisbruik. Ze heeft mogelijk de ex-man van haar gescheiden zus ontslagen. Corruptie en Alaska gaan overigens hand in hand. Vrijwel alle Republikeinse volksvertegenwoordigers van Alaska zijn in staat van beschuldiging voor corruptie.

Dit past precies in het verhaal van gisteren dat Amerika binnen enkele weken Iran gaat aanvallen en dat daarom een Nederlandse spion uit Iran is teruggeroepen. Volgens een peiling van het Israel Project is een meerderheid van de Amerikanen voor een militaire aanval op Iran. We zien hetzelfde patroon als bij de voorbereiding van de oorlog met Irak. De bevolking wordt klaargestoomd voor een nieuwe oorlog. Het gaat over mogelijke atoomwapens en aanstaande verkiezingen. Poll: 55 percent of Americans support Israeli strike on Iran.

A recent poll released by the Israel Project claims that 55 percent of Americans would approve of the “United States and its allies making targeted conventional military strikes against Iran’s nuclear weapons facilities.” That number rises to 63 percent if economic and diplomatic sanctions fail and Iran acquires nuclear capability. The Israel Project released the findings at a press conference this week with pollster Frank Luntz, who suggested that the reason for the high numbers was simply that “Iran scares people.” Still, there was a great deal of support for diplomacy, “with 62 percent saying an ‘opportunity for a diplomatic solution still exists’.”

US ATTACK ON IRAN IMMINENT, DUTCH INTELLIGENCE SAYS.

The Dutch intelligence service AIVD has withdrawn a vital spy from Iran. The action is taken because Dutch intelligence has strong reasons to believe that the United States will attack the Islamic country of Iran within weeks. That writes the biggest newspaper in the Netherlands, De Telegraaf, today.
The attack will be launched with unmanned aeroplanes and will be aimed at nuclear facilities and military installations.

In de VS zou de beslissing zijn genomen om binnen enkele weken Iran aan te vallen. Dat zou betekenen dat de neoconservatieven in de Verenigde Staten hun zin hebben gekregen van president Bush. En het is bekend: als neocons hun zin krijgen betekent dat oorlog.
Mogelijk heeft de planning ook te maken met de aanstaande Amerikaanse verkiezingen in november. De gevestigde orde in de VS zet alles op alles om de komende verkiezingen te winnen. Iraanse levens doen daarbij niet terzake. Amerikaanse evenmin trouwens. De gedachte is dat oorlog in het voordeel is van de conservatieve Republikeinen en hun kandidaat de oorlogsveteraan John McCain.

SPOEDIG AANVAL OP IRAN VERWACHT, AIVD HAALT SPION TERUG!

De Nederlandse inlichtingendienst AIVD heeft de afgelopen jaren een ultrageheime operatie laten uitvoeren in Iran met als doel infiltratie en sabotage van de wapenindustrie in de islamitische republiek.
De als uiterst succesvol omschreven operatie is onlangs stopgezet in verband met plannen voor een ophanden zijnde Amerikaanse luchtaanval op Iran. Daarbij zouden ook doelen worden gebombardeerd die in verband staan met de Nederlandse spionageactie. Dat verklaren goed ingevoerde bronnen tegenover De Telegraaf.
Teheran weigert gehoor te geven aan de eisen van het Westen om te stoppen met het verrijken van uranium. Een van de betrokken agenten, die onder supervisie van de AIVD wist te infiltreren in de Iraanse industrie, is recent teruggeroepen omdat in de VS de beslissing zou zijn genomen binnen enkele weken met onbemande vliegtuigen Iran aan te vallen.

McCain: Iraq Is ‘A Peaceful And Stable Country Now’

Today, Time Magazine published an interview with Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) that it conducted aboard McCain’s campaign airplane. Reporters James Carney and Michael Scherer described McCain as “prickly” and “at times, abrasive” during the course of the interview.

Carney and Scherer noted to McCain that the Iraqi government is calling for a deadline for U.S. troops to withdraw from Iraq even though McCain’s previously stated definition of “victory” - “a peaceful, stable, prosperous democratic state” - has not been achieved. The Arizona senator dismissed their characterization of the situation, saying that Iraq is “a peaceful and stable country now”:

Q: Some members of the [Iraqi] government have made it clear in the last month or two that they might want to withdraw before complete stability, before totally secure borders, before some of the completeness of victory as you described. Is there any change, do you think there is some wiggle room there because what you described with Petraeus was an end point that was rather complete - a peaceful, stable country.
MCCAIN: Its a peaceful and stable country now.

IT’S ABOUT TIME AMERICA!!!

Democratic candidate Barack Obama has gained ground in the latest Gallup Poll Daily tracking average from Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and now leads Republican John McCain among registered voters by a 48% to 42% margin.

The poll is beginning to reflect the typical convention “bounce”
that Gallup has observed in most party conventions in recent decades. Interviewing is conducted before that evening’s high-focus speeches have taken place. Thus, the current three-day average would reflect any impact of Monday night’s speech by Michelle Obama, and Tuesday night’s speech by Hillary Clinton, but not Wednesday night’s lineup of speakers, such as John Kerry, former President Bill Clinton, and vice presidential nominee Joe Biden, nor the appearance on stage at the end of the evening by Barack Obama himself. ‘GENERAAL PARDONNERS’ BLIJKEN GEEN ZAK UIT TE VOEREN.

Een van de meest ergerlijke en politiek onbenullige maatregelen van dit kabinet was de 26.000 langdurig illegalen zonder meer toe te laten tot Nederland. Volgens staatssecretaris Albayrak heeft 89 procent van de Generaal Pardonners nu werk. Dat is mooi want er moeten flink wat bloemen geoogst, appels geplukt, bonen gedopt en huizen geschilderd. Maar wat is de werkelijkheid. Volgens GeenStijl zit in Leiden 84 procent van die kersverse Nederlanders thuis op de bank te wachten op hun uitkering. En in Apeldoorn hetzelfde laken een pak. Van de 257 mensen die daar onder de pardonregeling vallen, zit het “overgrote deel” thuis uit hun - of eigenlijk onze - neus te vreten. En daarmee is Apeldoorn volgens GeenStijl alweer de tweede middelgrote stad waar de allochtoonse kernfysici, artsen, piloten, architecten, hoogleraren en ict-deskundigen niet aan de bak komen. Het lijkt dus onzin wat de PvdA beweert dat slechts 1 op de 9 afhankelijk is van een uitkering. En wie onzin verkondigt, moet zijn biezen pakken. Een uitkering meer of minder maakt weinig uit…
