Volgens Fox News is het einde van de problemen van Tiger Woods nabij. De beste golfer van de wereld hoeft zich alleen maar aan te sluiten bij de reactionaire Amerikaanse Christenen en alles zal vergeven worden. Tiger heeft een Thaise moeder en wordt gedacht Boedhist te zijn. Helemaal duidelijk is dat overigens niet want Boedhisten lopen over het algemeen niet zo te koop met hun geloof. Ook is het een godsdienst die niet, zoals het christendom en de islam (nog veel erger), in het teken staat van de onderdrukking van de sexualiteit.

Buddhism is inferior to Christianity when it comes to forgiveness of sins, according to Fox News pundit Brit Hume. Tiger Woods should turn his back on Buddhism and become a Christian to be forgiven for cheating on his wife, Hume told Fox News’ Chris Wallace Sunday.
“The extent to which he can recover seems to me depends on his faith,” said Hume. “He is said to be a Buddhist. I don’t think that faith offers the kind of redemption and forgiveness offered by the Christian faith. My message to Tiger is, ‘Tiger turn to the Christian faith and you can make a total recovery and be a great example to the world.’”

It sounds like Hume himself is not willing to forgive Tiger unless Tiger converts to Christianity.

On a daily basis they are trying to establish an association in peoples’ minds between Tiger Woods (and what he did) and Obama. Of course there is no real relationship between the two.
