Dutchman Patrick de Bruin has offered to donate his sperm to four fertility clinics in the Netherlands in an effort to promote what he calls “a strong white race”. Neo-Nazi De Bruin (in English: The Brown) attached the condition that his sperm should only be used for white couples’ infertility treatment.
More remarkable even is that two clinics in the Netherlands agreed to his conditions, an investigation by public broadcaster VARA revealed. One of the hospitals later decided to destroy the sperm donated by the ideologically motivated donor. The incident prompted calls from fertility doctors for stricter guidelines. 
De Bruin wrote on an extreme-right web forum that he was donating his “Aryan seed” in order to compensate for the high birth rate among Muslims. He wants as many blond blue-eyed children to be born as possible, he wrote on the site: Stormfront.

Waar is dit vraagt u zich zeker ook af? In welk achterlijk land worden mensen gegeseld omdat ze voor een publiek van mannen en vrouwen hebben opgetreden. Iran, Afghanistan, Saoedi-Arabië? Nee, nee, nee, alhoewel het ligt wel in de buurt.
Het gaat om Israel waar, als rabbi Yitzhak het voor het zeggen krijgt er geen plaats is voor ongetrouwde mannen en vrouwen om samen te zijn en zeker niet om te luisteren naar muziek, laat staan te dansen. Zie dit artikel in de Jerusalem Post.
Overigens blijkt uit de video dat de straf vooral symbolisch is, hetgeen toch een iets andere indruk maakt dan straf die onvrijwillig wordt toegebracht voor morele zonden.

Nine hundred cases of abuse reported in Dutch clergy

The Hague, News24 - A commission set up five months ago to look into suspected sexual abuse by Roman Catholic clergy in the Netherlands said yesterday it has received about 900 reports from alleged victims.
“The 900 reports come mainly from victims but also from relatives of the victims who contacted us,” Gert Jan Verhoog, a spokesperson for the commission said.

New photo’s of Jimena Navarrete, showing the new Miss Universe from Mexico in a controversial upskirt pose, have surfaced on the road from Beijing to Zhangjiakou. That caused Chinese truckdrivers to hold their trucks causing the largest traffic jam in worldhistory.
Attention people in the Netherlands and elsewhere, you are now officially disallowed to complain about traffic ever again:

A traffic jam stretching 60 miles in China has entered its ninth day with no end in sight. It’s all happening on the G110, the major route from Beijing to Zhangjiakou, Xinhua News reported.

Eindelijk, Ramirezi is terug van vakantie. En hij heeft het maar druk gehad. De professionele bioloog was namelijk betrokken bij de verkiezing van de 43ste Mary from Dungloe. Dat is een internationaal muziekfestival in Donegal, Ierland waar Ierse gemeenschappen vanuit de hele wereld (Londen, Madrid, Sydney, New York, Bayonne, Lutjebroek) zich verzamelen om te doen wat Ieren doen: zuipen and all of that. De gekozen Mary moet van alles kunnen: drinken, zingen, er appetijtelijk uitzien en het festival vertegenwoordigen. Ramirezi was helemaal op Mary uit Edinburgh.

Ramirezi: Bij het ontwaken uit de zomerse blogwinterslaap gelijk maar een feestelijke bijdrage. Onze laatste stop in het fantastische Ierland was een huisje vlak bij Dungloe. Bij aankomst zoeken naar het huisje waar een briefje met ‘Ramirezi’ achter de ruit is geplakt, de sleutel zit al in de deur. De eigenaar verscheen enige tijd later en drukte ons direct op het hart om vooral naar het festival te gaan, een week lang muziek, veel Guinness en de verkiezing van de 43rd Mary from Dungloe. Hoewel iedereen het liever aan Jinky Young gunde dan aan Robert J. Fischer’s familie of de Amerikaanse belastingdienst, het schattige Filippijnse meisje is niet Bobby Fischer’s dochter. Dat is gebleken uit een DNA-test. Dus de erfenis van de Amerikaanse schaaklegende, geschat op 1,6 miljoen euro, gaat niet naar de familie Young. Eerder dienden zijn voormalige Japanse echtgenote, twee neven en de Amerikaanse belastingdienst claims in. Schaker Bobby Fischer overleed begin 2008 in de IJslandse hoofdstad Reykjavik.

Ex-wereldkampioen schaken Bobby Fischer heeft zijn Kerstmis doorgebracht in een ziekenhuis in Reykjavik. Hij is al veel langer knettergek maar heeft nu ook last van zijn nieren. (drasties, december 28th, 2007)

The newspaper Iowa Independent had a story that Jeremy Walters — a Republican candidate for the Iowa State house — posted messages on Facebook in which he quoted verses from the Bible saying that gay people should be “put to death”. He also suggested that aids is a punishment for homosexuality:

A twentyone year old man with learning disabilities in the UK has been granted taxpayers’ money to fly to Amsterdam and have sex with a prostitute. His social worker says sex is a ‘human right’ for the unnamed individual - described as a frustrated virgin.
His trip to a brothel in the Dutch capital’s red light district next month is being funded through a £520million scheme introduced by the last government to empower those with disabilities. 
They are given a personal budget and can choose what services this is spent on.
The man’s social worker, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said his client was an ‘angry, frustrated and anxious young man’ who had a need for sex.

Liberia, Daily Observer - The Liberian newspaper New Democrat has incurred the wrath of the Liberian Government. Yesterday the Liberian Senate, through its President pro Tempore, Cletus Wotorson, has summoned management of the paper to appear before it “to show just cause, if any, why it has to publish pornographic material in its August 5 publication.”

Buurtleven.nl - In het Amsterdamse café ‘t Mandje werd tijdens de Gay Pride de lokhomo van 2010/2011 gekozen. De concurrentie was moordend. Zo kwamen levend standbeeld Fabiola en andere stukken voorbij. Lokhomo van het jaar werd Paul met zijn roze lokdoos.

Naast me in het taxibusje zit een bejaarde mevrouw. De chauffeur helpt haar bij het uitstappen en mevrouw drukt hem een muntstuk in de hand.
Chauffeur: “Ik mag eigenlijk geen fooi aannnemen van mijn geloof. Ik mag alleen aannemen waarvoor ik werk heb verricht”.
Dan roept hij plotseling: ‘Belachelijk, die mevrouw daar met dat korte rokje, die uitdagende blik!”
Ik vraag hem te stoppen, stap uit en druk de vrouw een bankbiljet in de hand. Ze knipoogt: “Ga maar mee, schat, ik mag geen fooi aannemen zonder er werk voor te verrichten”.
Zo is dat, knik ik triomfantelijk, en verdwijn met opgeheven hoofd in de bosjes. We horen de chauffeur wild optrekken.
